Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Boiler House Safety Improvements at Radford, VA. The project is generally described as safety enhancements to the building to reduce hazards associated with routine maintenance activities on the boilers, pumps, and dampers. The contract shall be awarded on a lump sum basis for the Total Base Bid Amount, including any properly submitted and received bid modifications. Bid procedures, requirements for claiming an error and bid withdrawal, and other pertinent information are described in the Instructions to Bidders. A Bid Bond is required. Bidders must be registered vendors in eVA and meet contractor registration requirements according to Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia.
