Renovation of a municipal facility in El Cajon, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Carpet Replacement - East County Regional Center The measurement for the hallway is approximately 61 square yards (548 sqft) and the jury deliberation room is approximately 43 square yards (384 sqft). The approximate linear footage (for the cove base) of both areas is 210 linear feet. Please use these measurements for pricing as it will be used for award purposes. The awarded vendor will need to come onsite after the award to determine final measurements. Provide all labor, material, and specialized equipment to accomplish the following: o Remove and dispose of current cove base and carpet o Pick up Court owned carpet and deliver to project site o Order cove base per project specifications o Install new carpet and cove base o Dispose of all debris generated from project to a legal dumpsite The Court prefers the installation to take place in October/November 2025; however, it is open to considering a timeframe close to that period. Material: o The carpet tile the Court has in stock is Patcraft, Big Splash I0164, 506 Smack, EcoWorx backing, 24"x24" carpet tiles o Cove base requesting: Black Vinyl 6" cove base.
