Demolition, site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
General contractor to complete necessary improvements to make the facility available as a community meeting space and for agency programming. These improvements include: (1) Demolition and removal of existing HVAC units (2) Installation of new HVAC units, including supply registers, ductwork, and any necessary electrical and plumbing upgrades to support HVAC systems (3) Needed roof repair to include recoat and penetration sealing (4) Floor removal and replacement (5) Procurement and installation of the following commercial grade appliances and equipment: dishwasher, water heater, gas range (6) Incidental electrical and plumbing improvements Note: Interested contractors may bid on all components or individual components but estimates must be itemized and submitted separately for each component.
