1. Contractor agrees to provide the California Highway Patrols (CHP) South Lake Tahoe Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary for the HVAC Replacement Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractor State License Board, C-20 HVAC Contractor B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond (STD. 807) equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to the execution of the Agreement. The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that provide HVAC Replacement Services. Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, "Scope of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid.
