EPCOR is seeking a qualified contractor for the supply, installation and commissioning of a 15kV, 3000A (double bus arrangement), 40kA Medium Voltage SF6 Gas Insulated Arc Resistant Switchgear (GIS). This scope includes but is not limited to the design, manufacturing, factory testing, delivery, offloading and all on site installation and commissioning of the aforementioned switchgear. The building that will house the switchgear shall be designed and constructed by others. During the design stage of the switchgear building, the Successful Proponent shall provide all necessary information required to the building manufacturer to design a building suitable for the housing of the Successful Proponent's switchgear. The performance of the Work requires the furnishing of the specialized tools, equipment, miscellaneous materials, testing devices, and supervision of EPCOR personnel by the Successful Proponent during construction, commissioning and testing. The Work shall include the materials, auxiliaries, equipment and labour not herein specifically mentioned but which are found necessary to complete or perfect the Work or any portion of the Work in compliance with the requirements of the specifications and technical specifications.
