Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Riverton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The Project generally includes: the removal and replacement of select doors, stripping and painting of door frames, removal of interior fluorescent lights and installation of new LED lights, removal and replacement of metal handrails, cleaning and painting of exterior concrete block walls, cleaning and painting of all interior walls, ceilings, and flooring, cleaning of exterior brick, and replacing deteriorated PVC board. Bids must be made on the standard Bid form contained within the drawings, specifications, and contract documents, in the manner designated and required by the specifications. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the Project title on the outside and addressed to the Municipal Clerk. Each bid must be accompanied by all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist, as applicable, and a bid guarantee in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00). The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check drawn to the order of the Borough of Riverton and delivered with the sealed bid. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable laws referenced within the drawings, specifications, and contract documents. The Borough of Riverton reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive minor informalities and/or non-material exceptions in any bid should it be in the interest of the Borough to do so. Any bid that contains material nonconformities or conditions or is materially nonresponsive will be rejected. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
