The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the specifications and shown on the plans. The work includes but is not limited to HMA milling and repairs; HMA surface and leveling course construction; replacement of concrete curbs, sidewalks, and driveway aprons; traffic striping and raised pavement markers; resetting of valve boxes and castings; replacement of bicycle safe grates and inlet curb pieces; and repair of inlets/manholes to approximately 0.65 miles of 2nd Street located in the Borough of Riverton, New Jersey. Bids must be made on the standard Proposal form in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Borough of Riverton, and must be accompanied by Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check drawn to the order of the Borough of Riverton for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, provided said security need not be more than $20,000.00. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance and Maintenance Bonds upon the award of contract. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
