The project includes installation of 2 new drinking fountains and associated service lines, and the replacement of 1 existing fountain at Riverton Memorial Park. Bids must be made on the standard Bid form contained within the drawings, specifications, and contract documents, in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the Project title, and addressed appropriately. Each bid must be accompanied by all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist, as applicable, and a bid guarantee in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid price, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars. The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, drawn to the order of the Borough of Riverton and delivered simultaneous with the sealed bid. Bidders are required to comply with all referenced statutory requirements and applicable laws. The Borough of Riverton reserves the right to reject all bids, waive minor informalities and/or non-material exceptions, and shall reject any bid that contains material nonconformities or is materially nonresponsive.
