Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of an AMR System in Copiah County for Copiah Water Association, Inc. Bidders must furnish bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check for five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Minority and women's business enterprises are encouraged to bid and to explore subcontracting and supply opportunities. The project is subject to compliance with the Build America Buy America (BABA) Act and all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972 for local governments. Copiah Water Association, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and hold all bids for examination for up to sixty (60) days, awarding the contract to the lowest and best bid in compliance with the plans and specifications. DWSIRLF DWI-L150004-01-0 Question Deadline 11/28/2025 No interpretation of the meaning of the Plans, Specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Engineer and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
