Each bid must include a PDF document uploaded to Quest VirtuBid containing a bidder's bond equal to five percent of the bid amount, executed by the bidder and a surety. Each bid must also include a PDF of the bidder's license or certificate of renewal issued by the secretary of state. Bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the bid. The project anticipates funding from the Drinking Water and/or Clean Water State Revolving Fund program, and bidders are required to comply with related requirements including the American Iron and Steel requirements and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.
