Reference Number 0000305431 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/11/10 12:00:00 PM CST Demolition of existing bridge, and construction of a three-cell reinforced concrete box culvert over Brokenhead River on PTH 1E, located in the Northwest 1/4 sec. 14-08-09E, Rural Municipality of Reynolds, Bridge Site No. 3153-11. COMPLETION MODEL The Contract will be assessed Liquidated Damages in accordance with the Provisions for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. COMPLETION DATES AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES All Work, including construction of box culvert, backfill and final grading, construction of bituminous pavement, seeding, removal of crossover detour, and opening for traffic shall be completed by no later than JUNE 30, 2026. Daily Liquidated Damages after the specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of ONE THOUSAND ($1,000) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. SEASONAL SHUTDOWN DATE The Seasonal Shutdown Date for applicable roadwork is: OCTOBER 31 of any given year. The Seasonal Shutdown Date for applicable in-stream work is: APRIL 1 - JUNE 30 of any given year.
