Renovation of a water / sewer project in Scanterbury, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Works generally include: Pre-engineered steel water treatment plant building expansion Precast concrete pile foundation Below ground concrete reservoir New distribution pumping system Installation of new groundwater wells, and upgrades to existing groundwater wells Installation of pre-selected membrane and greensand filtration systems, including chemical feed system and SCADA system Piping connections to existing water distribution and wastewater collection piping networks Mechanical works Electrical works Commissioning and training Decommissioning of equipment within existing water treatment plant. The Bidder shall submit a bid security of at least 10% of the tender amount with its tender in the form of a bid bond. Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond Each in an Amount That is Equal to Not Less Than 50% of the Contract Amount Referred to in the Articles of Agreement. A Labour and Material Payment Bond in an Amount That is Equal to Not Less Than 50% of the Contract Amount Referred to in the Articles of Agreement, and a Security Deposit in an Amount Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
