COMPLETION MODEL The Contract will be assessed Liquidated Damages in accordance with the Provisions for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. COMPLETION DATES AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES All Work, including construction of box culvert, backfill and final grading, construction of bituminous pavement, seeding, removal of crossover detour, and opening for traffic shall be completed by no later than JUNE 30, 2026. Daily Liquidated Damages after the specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of ONE THOUSAND ($1,000) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. SEASONAL SHUTDOWN DATE The Seasonal Shutdown Date for applicable roadwork is: OCTOBER 31 of any given year.
