*If you would like to bid on this project you MUST obtain bid documents by contacting procurement@suburbanconsulting.com.* Question Deadline 10/27/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be asked through the Question and Answer feature for the project at online, must be received at least eight (8) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids The work will include, but is not limited to, the exchange, removal, and disposal of existing granular activated carbon (GAC) filtration media from two (2) 12' x 20' gravity filter beds located in the Taylortown Water Treatment Facility, to be exchanged for fresh 100% virgin coal-based GAC media to match the existing media depths, in accordance with the provided specifications. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 30 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. Bidders are required to download and register for the bidding documents, submit one hard copy of their bid on the provided forms, include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount (not to exceed $20,000), and provide Surety Consent. The successful bidder must deliver executed Performance and Payment Bonds. All required state statutory compliances must be met. Bid packages must be complete and clearly marked, placed in sealed envelopes, and received at the designated location by the stated deadline. The Town of Boonton reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to its interests, whether in whole or by item.
