The building is currently under construction with an anticipated occupancy of Spring 2026, and includes offices, conference rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, a lobby, quiet rooms, commission chambers, and a gym. Services will include general daily, weekly, monthly, as-needed, and emergency/on-call services. The City of Largo is soliciting proposals from qualified commercial cleaning service providers to provide comprehensive janitorial and cleaning services for its 5-story office building Any questions regarding any portion of this Request for Proposal shall be directed to Mecca Serfustini, Contracts and Procurement Manager, at mserfustini@largo.com and MUST contain the solicitation number in the email subject line.
