The contractor must demonstrate the ability to sustain production of at least 20,000 cubic yards per day on deep draft navigation projects and be familiar with the traffic conditions of the Houston Ship Channel. The optional work includes mobilization and demobilization of a sea turtle trawler and approximately 30 days of trawling and relocation activities. The project requires completion within 69 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with no additional time if the option is exercised, and includes liquidated damages for delays.
