The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plan to construct 2025 Water Plant Nos. 1, 2, 3, & 4 Rehabilitation for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 200. Question Deadline 11/04/2025 at 4:00 PM CT In ample time to permit consideration before reply, submit questions about bidding instruments through Online. Questions will not be considered or answered after 4:00 p.m., three (3) calendar days prior to bidding. Water Plant No. 1: The work includes but is not limited to: surface preparation and recoat entire interior roof, top five feet of interior wall, and internal fill lines of Ground Storage Tank (GST) No. 1; Remove, replace, and coat existing access roof hatch (30" X 36") and overflow weir hatch (12" X 12") of GST No. 1; Remove, replace, and coat existing access roof hatch (36" X 36") and overflow weir hatch (12" X 12") of GST No. 2; Remove, replace, and coat roof rafters on interior of GST No. 1; Surface preparation and touch up GST Nos 1 and 2 interior and exterior, surface water meter station and above ground exterior piping; Seal weld and coat 1/4" steel patches, less than 6" X 6" on GST Nos. 1 and 2, floor, wall, and roof; and Miscellaneous welds on GST Nos. 1 and 2. Water Plant No. 2: The work includes but is not limited to: Surface preparation and recoat the entire interior of GST No. 1; Surface preparation and recoat the entire exterior of GST No. 1, including above ground piping; Remove, replace with like kind, and coat 20-inch (20") diameter gooseneck-type roof vent on GST No. 1; Surface preparation and recoat Water Well No. 2, including above ground supply and drain lines; Surface preparation and top-coat entire exterior of Hydropneumatic Tank (HPT) No. 1, including above ground tank piping; Surface preparation and recoat the entire interior of HPT No. 2; Surface preparation and top-coat entire exterior of HPT No. 2, includes above ground tank piping and replacing missing bolt and nut on access plate; Remove, replace, and coat 4-inch (4") gate valve on HPT Nos. 1 and 2 drain lines; Surface preparation and touch up surface water meter station and above ground exterior piping; Seal weld and coat 1/4" steel patches, less than 6" X 6" on GST No. 1 floor, wall, and roof; and Miscellaneous welds on GST No. 1. Water Plant No. 3: The work includes but is not limited to: Remove and replace vertical fall arrest cable trolley on interior ladder of GST No. 1; Surface preparation and recoat the entire interior, including center pipe, of Elevated Storage Tank (EST) No. 1; Remove, replace, and coat two (2) roof access hatches on EST No. 1. Contractor to field measure and replace with kind; Surface preparation and recoat exterior (outside of shaft area) above ground fill and drain lines for EST No. 1; Surface preparation and recoat Booster Pump Discharge Heads Nos. 1, 2, 3, & 4; Surface preparation and top-coat entire exterior of HPT No. 1, including above ground tank piping; Surface preparation and touch up GST No. 1 exterior above ground piping, Booster Pump Station motors and above ground discharge piping, Water Well No. 3 and above ground piping, and interior EST No. 1 shaft piping; Seal weld and coat 1/4" steel patches, less than 6" X 6" on EST No. 1 floor, wall, and roof; Miscellaneous welds on EST No. 1; and Remove and replace the submerged interior ladder of EST No. 1 with like kind. Water Plant No. 4: The work includes but is not limited to: Surface preparation and recoat exterior (outside of shaft area) above ground fill line and drain line flap valve for EST No. 2; and Remove, replace, and coat 12-inch (12") drain line flap valve for EST No. 2.
