Site work for a development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.

Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: * Removal of concrete safety shelf, re-establish clay liner subgrade beneath safety shelf, placement of new concrete safety shelf LOCATION OF WORK :- This project is located as illustrated on the vicinity map included with the construction drawings. The Work shall be performed within public right-of-way, on land owned by the Owner, or within easements or rights-of-way obtained by the Owner. Should the Contractor require use of additional space or construction easements, he shall make his own arrangements with the proper parties. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted through www.civcastusa.com.
