Provide full design and construction services to complete a Design-Build Construct Chiller Plant project in accordance with the solicitation, specifications, and all applicable attachments. The contractor shall perform all architectural, engineering, and construction activities necessary to deliver a complete and functional chiller plant, consistent with two-phase design-build procedures. Phase I will exclude Attachments 3 and 4, which include the Chiller Plant Study Report and drawings; these documents will be released only to firms selected to participate in Phase II.
