Remodeling of a municipal facility in Rogersville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
2 each 5 ton York or equal 208/230 3 PH outdoor AC units. 2 each York or equal natural gas furnace units 95% AFUE. 2 each York or equal upflow indoor coils. Specifications are available and on file at the office of the City Recorder. Specifications may be provided electronically to bidders. Bidders may request printed copies of the specifications. Electronic bids will be accepted. Only qualified bidders should submit bids. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. The Town will comply with all nondiscrimination laws. Awarded bidder shall deliver and install the equipment in our facility at 106 East Kyle Street, Rogersville, TN. The existing ductwork will be used. The awarded bidder shall remove and properly dispose of existing units, connect all electrical and gas utilities as needed, and perform startup testing to verify proper operation. Any required permits or inspections shall be the contractor's responsibility. The contractor shall provide a minimum one-year labor warranty and pass through all applicable manufacturer warranties for parts and equipment.
