Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Rogersville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,435-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a Concession Stand and a Restroom Building for Rogersville City Park. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Bidders are required to observe conditions of employment and minimum wage rates under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Joseph A. Parrott joeparrott@engineer.com and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids Two new free standing buildings. The first building of approximately 940 s.f. houses concession and restrooms and the second building of approximately 495 s.f. is a restroom structure. Associated site work will be included in the bid.
