Sealed bids are invited for Contract Mowing Services for the Rogersville Housing Authority, consisting of five individual development sites (three in Rogersville, one in Church Hill, and one in Rutledge). Contractors may submit bids for any site or all five sites separately. The contract term is one year, with an option to renew for two additional years based on satisfactory performance. The Rogersville Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding process. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to the following work: Mowing, weed eating, pick up of debris and blow off clippings at drive ways, parking areas, sidewalks, flower beds, and porches from property line to property line at Development 43-001. Contractors shall note sites are in the Rogersville community. The average mowing season is 23-28 weeks, which may include at least two removals of leaves. Bidder will note this doesn't guarantee any amount of mowing. This development consists of three (3) sites located on Harmon Drive, Etter Street, S. Rogers Street, N. Depot Street, N. Rogers and Spring Street in Rogersville Tennessee. The combination of these three sites contains approximately 8.0 acres of which approximately 5.5 acres are mowed. 1. 601 and 603 S.
