Renovation of a transportation facility in Brownsville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade transportation facility.
Three (3) Trane 5 ton Gas Package Unit to include: Remove old package system. Install new 14 SEER Trane package unit with gas heat, new reinforced equipment pad, new T701 thermostat, and internal filter racks. Install new custom supply and return duct work up the exterior wall of the transportation bus garage, and flashing. Install new supply diffuser. Install new high voltage electrical wiring and conduit from breaker box for each system. Install new gas line for each system and leak check. Standard Equipment warranty to include 5-year parts, 1 year labor, 20-year Heat Exchanger and 10-year workmanship warranty on gas line. Successful bidder must also be able to respond to maintenance issues or requests within a 24-hour period. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Transportation – HVAC Bid Enclosed.” The Haywood County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
