Each Party will designate an experienced project manager to serve as its point of contact during performance of the Service. The Parties will jointly develop an implementation project plan and timeline. Vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the identified representative from the Purchasing Department. Failure to comply with the contact requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
