Site work and paving for a road / highway in New York, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The selected Subcontractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, operators, materials, machinery, tools, and equipment related to MASH TL-3 Crash Testing of the NYSDOT mid-tension cable median barrier with intermediate anchorage. The project will evaluate the ability of the barrier to engage and safely redirect a MASH TL-3 pickup truck and a MASH TL-3 small car impacting the intermediate anchorage. The crash test program will assist with the performance and documentation of the testing program and all work, equipment, and procedures must meet the requirements of the Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) as well as comply with NYSDOT Standard Specifications and applicable laws. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% The scope includes: - Construction of a 600-foot cable run per provided shop drawings with photographic documentation. - Preparation and conducting of two full-scale MASH TL-3 tests (pickup truck and small car impacts) at the identified location, conforming to MASH criteria. - Reporting and project deliverables such as teleconferences, digital crash movie files and photographs, and a full crash testing report meeting MASH requirements. - The Subcontractor must demonstrate experience and qualifications for MASH-compliant crash testing, provide all appropriate certifications, and use equipment meeting MASH and NYSDOT specifications. - Bidders are responsible for confirming material sources and ensuring timely procurement, noting that cable material may have limited availability. As part of the bid submittal, the bidder must include a detailed proposed schedule outlining all major milestones and deliverable dates. Proposals must be prepared in conformance with Bid Documents and be received by the specified deadline. Communication about the project should be limited to the designated contact, and deviation may result in disqualification. All other bid requirements, conditions, and procedures must be followed as outlined in the Bid Documents.
