Disposal of municipal waste, yard waste, and recycling to include options for one annual spring Bulk item clean-up or one monthly bulk item pick-up for a one (1) year contract for the year 2026, A two (2) year contract for the years 2026 & 2027 or a three (3) year contract for the years 2026, 2027 & 2028. Southmont Borough Council may take action on said bids and to decide if the bid will be accepted for a period of one (1) year commencing January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, a period of two (2) years commencing January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, or a period of three (3) years commencing January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028 at the meeting of November 17, 2025, at 4:00 P.M., or at an announced subsequent meeting. Questions regarding the bid documents should be directed in writing to Amanda Layton, Borough Manager: boroughsouthmont@gmail.com Southmont Borough reserves the right to hold all bids for thirty (30) days after their opening and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids during said thirty (30) day period and during said period no bidder may withdraw their bid
