Contract No. 2025-WWTP-05 consists of the removal, disposal, and replacement of an existing gravity sludge thickener, including all associated piping, conduit, and appurtenances at the Dornick Point WWTP. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates as set forth in the Contract Documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via PennBid. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is required in order to qualify to bid. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a Bid Bond of an approved surety, a cashier's check, a certified check, or bank letter of credit payable to the Authority in the amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the total bid. Bidders should provide liability insurance naming the Authority as additional insured in the amount of $2,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 aggregate. Prior to contract award, the successful bidder must furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount, and evidence of insurance coverage as required. Bidders must comply with all State anti-bid-rigging regulations and submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid.
