The Johnstown Redevelopment Authority is accepting bids for the purchase and delivery of Liquid Oxygen for the Dornick Point Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Authority will consider only those bids accompanied by a Bid Bond of an approved surety, a cashier’s check, a certified check, or a bank letter of credit payable to the Authority in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid. Bidders must provide general liability insurance naming the Authority as additional insured in the amount of $2,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 aggregate. Federal, State, and Local Municipal regulations applicable to this type of service shall apply. No bid containing exceptions will be considered, and any such bid will be deemed non-responsive. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, accept any bid, waive any informality or technicality, omit any items, or withhold/abandon the final award of the contract. Bids may be held for up to sixty days for review and investigation of bidder qualifications prior to awarding the contract.
