The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to award the contract in a manner which best serves the needs of the Borough. All work shall be performed at the situs address of 125 Habicht Street, Johnstown, Brownstown Borough, Cambria County, Pennsylvania 15906, an empty lot measuring approximately Eighty (80) Feet by Ninety (90) Feet. b. Placement of approximately eighty (80) linear feet of board and board vinyl privacy fence along north retaining wall; posts to be attached to the top of retaining wall. a. Eastern Fence (or equivalent) - tan color; board on board, six (6) feet high. c. Grading of the property to provide a smooth grade throughout. d. Provision and installation of a minimum of six (6)inches of clean topsoil across entire property site. e. Hydroseeding of all designated lawn areas. f. Installation of five (5) Prairie Fire Crabapple trees - two (2) inch caliper with mulch ring and staking. g. Installation of Rosetta Belvedere (or equivalent) retaining wall around round seating area - sixty-six (66) feet long by two (2) feet high. h. Removal of existing concrete retaining wall along north property line. i. Installation of retaining wall along north property line - eighty-four (84) feet long by four (4) feet high. a. Concrete block "seconds" - two (2) feet by two (2) feet by six (6) feet orequivalent. j. Installation of retaining wall along east property line - fourteen (14) feet long by two (2) feet high. a. Concrete block "seconds" - two (2) feet by two (2) feet by six (6) feet or equivalent. k. Installation of a low-voltage lighting system, including, at a minimum, as follows: a. Two (2) lights (for illumination of a flagpole) b. Four (4) wash lights (for illumination of signage) c. Three (3) path lights (for illumination of patio area)d. Five (5) uplights (for illumination of ornamental trees) e. Required electrical conduit, wiring, outlet(s), fixture(s), transformer(s), and other appurtenances necessary for the provision of lighting as set forth herein.
