Renovation of a mixed-use development in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and 5,321-square-foot theater / auditorium.
City of Green Cove Springs, (herein referred to as the "City") is seeking sealed bids for the complete renovation of the interior of the former Dunbar High School Cafetorium, including rebuilding the kitchen as a commercial kitchen and rebuilding the auditorium stage, installation of new auditorium flooring, and installation of new plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems. HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems should be placed back in proper working order by the general contractor not CES. These tasks should be made in concert with building officials and the owner and/or the owner's representative and with the owner's final approval and sign-off. THE OWNER OR HIS OR HER DESIGNATED AGENT SHALL BE THE ONE TO REMOVE LOTO OR LIKE SYSTEMS CES IS NOT TASKED WITH THIS WORK.
