Renovation of a multi-residential development in Gloversville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of approximately 109 electrical panels at the Kingsboro Towers and Forest Hill Towers apartment buildings as defined in the project drawings. The Project start date will be on or about Monday January 5, 2026. The Project shall be substantially completed on or before June 1, 2026. The Project shall be completed on or before June 30, 2026. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The Gloversville Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject any or all Bids without explanation.
