Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
No interpretations of the meaning of the specifications shall be made to any bidder orally. All questions and requests for interpretation concerning this bid shall be addressed through Online. Sealed bids are requested for Bid #25-67 Access Stairway at Oriental Place & Boardwalk. Bids must be uploaded electronically via the E-Procurement platform through BidNet Direct; no physical bids will be received, opened, or honored. If required, bid submission shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not exceeding $20,000, payable to the City of Atlantic City. A copy of the bid guarantee must be submitted electronically, and the original mailed to the City of Atlantic City, Purchasing Department, at 1301 Bacharach Blvd, Suite 310, Atlantic City, NJ 08401 prior to bid opening. The bid bond may also be provided by certified or cashier's check as permitted within the general requirements for this bid.
