Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

**As of January 20, 2026 , project was canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Bangladesh Community Center Contract 1 Electrical Systems Bids must be on the bid form prepared by Swiderski Associates and in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. The bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside and also bearing on the outside reference to the particular work bid upon. The award of the contract shall be made subject to the necessary monies to do the work being available to the BAAC. The BAAC will also consider the qualifications and work experience of the lowest bidder in determining the awarding of the bid. The BCC reserves the right to consider the bids for thirty days after the receipt, thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids and also to waive any informality in and make such award, or take action as may be in the best interest of the BAAC, in accordance with applicable law.
