The Housing Authority and Urban Redevelopment Agency of the City of Atlantic City (Housing Authority) is inviting bids for Cleaning Services. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the bidder's total Year I bid for all properties, or $20,000, whichever is less. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, labeled "Bid for Cleaning Services - IFB #25-13 and include the bidder's company name and return address. The envelope must contain a printed copy of the entire bid and a flash drive containing a PDF copy of the entire bid. Bidders must ensure that their bid is received at the address and by the deadline specified above. Bids received after the deadline for any reason shall not be considered and will be returned to the sender. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the submission deadline.
