Sealed/mailed bid proposals are requested for IFB#25-08 FIRE HYDRANTS/OTHER PARTS – METER RESETTERS. Bids must be received at the Purchasing Office at 401 North Virginia Ave, Atlantic City, New Jersey 08401, no later than 11:30 A.M. on November 25, 2025. Hand-delivered proposals can be submitted at the Walk-Up Window at the same address by the same deadline. The envelope must be marked with the bid name and due date. The Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive immaterial information. To submit a response, complete the Request Form on the Atlantic City Municipal Utilities website to access the bid. Confirm registration by emailing purchasing@acmua.org. There is a non-refundable $25.00 fee per bid packet for on-site pick up, payable to the Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority. All business organizations must be registered with the State and provide proof before entering into a contract. Bidders must comply with New Jersey Business Registration Requirements, as well as N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
