Site work for a development in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
For bid submission, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond amounting to 10% of the total bid (not exceeding $20,000) must accompany the submission. Bidders are to upload a copy of the bid guarantee and mail the original prior to bid opening. Further specifications and instructions may be obtained from the bid platform. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 Any challenge to the bid specifications shall be submitted, in writing, to the City Solicitor's Office (with a copy sent to Purchasing Department) This contract provides for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all incidental work necessary for the planting of approximately 148 balled and burlapped (B&B) street trees, 2.5 to 3 inches in caliper, along Atlantic Avenue, from Albany Avenue to Tennessee Avenue, in the City of Atlantic City, New Jersey. Work includes: excavate, prepare, and expand tree beds; soil placement; and installing and maintaining trees. All work shall be guaranteed by the contractor for a period of two (2) years from the completion date of installation. The duration of the contract is 850 calendar days. This is a prevailing wage contract subject to New Jersey Department of Labor (NJDOL) wage standards.
