PROJECT INFORMATION, East Butler Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM) to provide construction management at risk services for the construction of a school addition. A. Scope and Nature. The project will have approximately 28,000 sf addition that includes a gymnasium, support spaces, weight room, classrooms, and parking lot. B. Site. East Butler Public Schools, 212 S. Madison Street, Brainard, NE 68626. C. Proposed Budget. Cost is to be determined with the assistance of the selected Construction Manager, but will likely be approximately $10-12 million. INQUIRIES.
