EBE GOALS - The Citys goal for qualified Emerging Business Enterprise (E.B.E), as subcontractors on this project is ten percent (10%) of the contract amount. The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Renovating the Trier Road corridor by installing new 5 wide concrete sidewalk and sidewalk repairs along the north side of Trier Road from Re ed Road to Maplecrest Road. This will enhance connectivity for the residents of New Glenwood Civic, Park Forest, Oakhurst Park, Walden Community, Wilshire Estates and Yardley Manor. Concrete drive approaches and new ADA curb ramps along with upgraded storm sewer infrastructure is included as well. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days to allow review of bids before announcing award of contract. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. All in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- 0787S as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders.
