Site work for an educational facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade educational facility.
The work involves Wayne High School Campus Improvements. Each bid proposal must include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the projects in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications as prepared and on file with Jones Petrie Rafinski (JPR). Bids are to be submitted by a single prime contractor. All bid documents, including plans, specifications, instructions to bidders, and bid forms, are available at Eastern Engineering’s Virtual Planroom or their physical office. Only complete sets will be distributed and a refundable deposit is required per set. Bidders must provide a bid security of five percent (5%) of the bid in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required from the successful bidder. The contract award and obligations are contingent upon obtaining sufficient financing or funds, and contracts may be terminated if funds are insufficient. Fort Wayne Community Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive irregularities, and may assign any portion of any bid or contract to a non-profit building corporation it controls. All bidders must adhere strictly to the contract requirements and submission protocols.
