Site work and paving for a civil project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Improve Eileen Street by replacing deteriorated concrete pavement, extending the existing dead end into a cul-de-sac for improved traffic flow and future considerations, and by adding storm sewer and under drain for improved storm water run off. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days to allow review of bids before announcing award of contract. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
