Furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, and power for the complete performance of the project as follows: provide forty-eight (48) Town & Country light fixtures, aluminum poles, underground circuitry, and removal of the existing street lighting. All work must be performed in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST-1030L as prepared by Street Light Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Sealed bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service. No bid will be accepted from or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation who is in arrears to the City, who has failed to execute a prior contract satisfactorily, or who is a defaulter to the City. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in an amount no less than one hundred percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the instructions to bidders and also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
