Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The work consists of renovations to the existing Student Life Center at Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne Campus, located at 3701 Dean Dr, Fort Wayne, IN. The renovations include interior demolition, installation of new finishes, and updates to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Sealed bids must be delivered by the specified deadline and will be publicly opened and read aloud following submission. All Bid Questions / RFIs should be emailed to Jacob Moeller - Jmoeller@shielsexton.com. Answers to questions will be issued via addenda throughout the bidding process. Clarifications must be submitted by November 24, at 5:00 PM to be addressed. Questions received after this date, will not be considered. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
