Special construction features include installation of a vehicle exhaust extraction system and automated roll doors. New construction includes expanded sleeping quarters, administrative spaces, storage areas, equipment support spaces, and a new apparatus bay. Construction shall utilize conventional design and construction methods to fully support the operational mission of the fire station.
