2026 Roofing and Related Work at Whispering Meadows Elementary School. Each bid proposal shall include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the projects in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications as prepared and on file in the office of MARTINRILEY architects engineers. Bids shall be received from a single prime contractor. Plans, specifications, instructions to bidders, and bid forms are on file and available at Eastern Engineering's Virtual Planroom or at the office of Eastern Engineering. Digital downloads of plans and specifications shall be paid for (non-refundable) by each bidder. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond from a company authorized to do business in the State of Indiana, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The successful bidder must provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount no later than ten (10) days after the execution of the contract. Such bonds shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months after Substantial Completion. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled by the bidder for sixty (60) days following the time and date designated for the receipt of bids without the consent of Southwest Allen County Schools. Southwest Allen County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informalities, irregularities, and/or inconsistencies in any or all bids.
