Bid offering for Water Heater Replacement at Charles Schwab Field Omaha. RFPs are available on the referenced website. Information about the mandatory pre-bid meeting is available in the RFP. Deliver sealed quotes as specified in the notice. Final Questions Friday, November 7, 2025, 11:00am All inquiries regarding this RFP must be made in writing and addressed to kshiers@omahameca.com. The successful Bidder is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, tools and materials to remove an existing water heater and install an A.O. Smith DRE-80 water heater. Bidders must provide all pricing necessary for a full and complete turnkey installation. Removal to include haul away and disposal (off-site). Alternate manufacturers/models will not be considered. Project Details The successful Bidder is responsible for the following work: 1. Disconnect, remove, and dispose of existing PVI Water Heater, Model No. 120C80E. 2. Provide and install new A.O. Smith DRE-80, 80 Gallon, 24 kW 480V / 3 phase, 6 Element Commercial Electrical Water Heater. 3. Install water heater in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, to include connecting electrical and water. o Existing water heater and location will be viewed during the mandatory prebid meeting. Modifications must be included in the proposal, if necessary. 4. Initial startup and calibration to ensure all components are working properly
