Erwin Middle School, in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Wolf Trail Engineering. 5.2 Scope Scope generally consists of the install of a new, standing seam, interlocking metal roof system complete with all trim, flashings, gutters, downspouts and accessories as required to provide a 50 year warranty on material and 30 year weathertightness from the manufacturer and all associated miscellaneous work as shown in the project drawings and specifications.
