Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Langley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
The Township is seeking a multidisciplinary team for the Walnut Grove Community Centre Renewal Program. The scope of work includes assessing existing conditions across architectural, structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, life safety, accessibility, sustainability, and on-site civil systems; evaluating community needs (past, present, and anticipated), including identifying functional capacity gaps relative to the original design intent; identifying renewal and upgrade opportunities, distinguishing near-term priorities from long-term actions; and establishing an implementation strategy that minimizes disruption to users, ensures safe operations during construction, and provides effective cost and schedule control. Submissions must be made online, and the language for bid submissions is English unless otherwise specified.
