Contractors must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of satisfactory experience in the public K-12 sector and be members in good standing with the Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia (RCABC) and WorkSafe BC. This Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ) aims to establish a list of qualified roofing contractors who may be invited to quote or compete for future projects on an "as, if and when requested" basis.
