UO 2.MO (University of Oregon Indoor Football) BP#10 - Parking Lot 8 & PEPI Bid Package #10 - Parking Lot 8 includes Earthwork, Demo, PEPI, Asphalt, Site Furnishings, Electrical, Site Concrete, and Landscaping & Irrigation. Proposals must use the specified Proposal Form and be submitted as a single file (less than 10MB) to the designated email address by the specified deadline. A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire with latest year-end safety and financial information must accompany the proposal unless previously submitted. Proposals that are materially incomplete, do not include the required questionnaire and current information, are sent to other locations, or received after the deadline will not be considered. Bidders must be properly licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board at the time of bid and are required to file a $30,000 Public Works Bond, with no exemptions under paragraphs (7) or (8). The bond must be on file at the time of bid. This is a prevailing wage project, and all requirements under ORS Chapter 279C must be followed. A Contractor Controlled Insurance Program is provided for on-site operations. The Owner and Contractor seek to promote participation of state-certified minority, women, veteran, and emerging small business enterprises in this project.
