Site work for a water / sewer project in Alsip, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are being requested for the 2025 Sanitary Sewer Cured-In-Place Pipelining improvements. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Engineer, sealed in an envelope listing the bidder and project names, and delivered to the designated address. Bid documents and specifications are available through Robinson Engineering, Ltd. upon review of prequalification information. A certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid must accompany each proposal, guaranteeing contract entry and performance bond furnishing by the successful bidder. A performance bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount will be required. Bidders must furnish a bond upon acceptance. The Village reserves the right to reject proposals, waive technicalities, postpone opening, or re-advertise if it serves their interests. No work may commence until all required permits are obtained. Compliance with prevailing wage rates and all regulations is mandatory. Bidder qualifications and experience are part of the basis for award determination. Pre-qualification requirements: Prequalification must be submitted to the Engineer by all potential bidders before receiving a bid package. Proposals will not be issued to applicants who, in the opinion of the Engineer and Village leadership, are unable to serve the Village's best interests.
